Dance, Movement and Voice

This „wild“ movement workshop includes a creative dance class in a different kind of way. It connects the communication between the body, the movement, the space, other humans and your own voice. I invite you warmly to minimise your thought actions through your ratio and trust your body intelligence through your precious senses. Through the activation of your perception through all your senses you can observe the exhibition through a bodily-connected way. Through simple movements tasks we try to connect your own body perception, perception of other humans and your perception of the room. To create a FLOW- condition we will move continuously and smooth like a river with a fluid spine and emphasis on circular moving joints full of breath.
